Hello guys! So we have a question and we think we just need some clarification.

 

Today, we got this notice upon logging into the CEAC page. (Image below)

And now we're confused. Is this a late notification? It says we should submit our documents but we have already uploaded them on CEAC last Sept 10. Or maybe they need us to send the docs thru mail? (Which i think is not really the case, but I'm that confused)

 

Hope someone could enlighten us. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I think you have to open your CEAC and review if you have a message. If so, you have to submit the required documents as per their advise. If you cannot find any message, better call NVC asap (eastern time from 7 A.M. -12 midnight) and ask to clarify the case.

Hi! Nothing really changed with our CEAC profile. Just the notice we got. We will call them soon. Thank you for replying! 😊
