Hi everyone, 

i woulD like to know if there’s anybody that’s currently going through the k1 visa process right now! I just sent mine in, and I would like to keep in contact with someone who’s also starting the process right now!! I am too anxious about the new rule that trump is coming out with this month!! If there’s anyone that would like to keep in contact to help each other relax, we can exchange numbers or add each other on social media!! Thanks

Hello Sthouuessy I filed for my fiance on Sept 1st 2019 and I'm still waiting on the noa2. Have you received your first notice yet?.

It typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to get a NOA1 back.  If you filed a G-1145 you would have been notified of the petitiones entry into the system.

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

What country is your embassey? Cos it shouldnt take that long to get the first notice. I received my first notice in a week.

I received my official receipt notice  3 days ago!! Mine only took like 5 days....they received the package October 4th and sent me the notice October 9th

Country Of the beneficiary makes no difference at the petitioning stage.
