I read yesterday they have cancelled and postponed all interviews In MTL... has anyone called the US Embassy in Montreal and talked to anyone?  How much notice do they give you between getting DQ’d and the actual interview?

I just got my case upgraded to ir1 from f2a. My DQ date is Aug 27 2019. Interview was scheduled and cancelled for March 23, 2020.
