Problems with medical exam

Recommended Posts

Expecting my interview letter in the mail next week so I have called an authorized doctor in the town near me to make an appointment. No time till the end of November what is too late of course. The other doctors are 4 , 6 and even 8 hours drive from me ( this is how it is here in Montana ) . Haven’t checked yet but maybe they have better timing .

What would you recommend  me to do ?

Thank you!

Hard to predict; it's at the IO's discretion. Best case scenario they issue a RFE after the interview.

Just hit the road. It’s not worth getting an RFE and delaying your GC further in my opinion.

04/01/2019 - filed marriage-based AoS, EAD and AP

04/03/2019 - NOA

05/02/2019 - Biometrics appointment

08/20/2019 - I-693 courtesy letter

08/22/2019 - I-485 interview ready to be scheduled

09/15/2019 - filed SR for EAD/AP out of processing time (not assigned)

09/27/2019 - I-485 interview scheduled (waiting for NOA)
