Payment for multiple forms

Hi everyone!  When filing I-130 and I-485 in the same packet, do I only send one form to pay for the whole amount ($1760) or do I need to send 2 (one for $535 and one for $1225) so they are individual? (I'm paying with a card, so I'm submitting form G-1450)

If I need to submit two separate forms, is it ok if I just put them both on top of the entire binder or do they have to be, say, payment for I-130 on top of that section in my binder, and payment for I-485 on top of its section?

Thank you and I hope this is not confusing.

I would think to be safe, I would fill out 2 forms. They are going to treat the I130 separate from the I485, so I would use 2 - G-1450. It will help you out also, because you will see a separate charge for each petition, and know when they were accepted. They may process them separately when they received them also, so even if they are in the same envelope, they may go to 2 different people and if you only have payment for 1 or the other it might get mixed up. This is how I would do it to be safe.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

Make sure your issuing bank is advised of the upcoming transactions.   Since these charges are manually entered they sometimes trip fraud prevention and are denied due to the larger amount.   If that happens,  the entire file comes back to you as they don't wait for the charge to be released.

YMMV

Your welcome. Because even when I did AOS, all the forms are separate. The EAD and AP go one place, the 485 goes somewhere else for processing, so I would think separate.

You also can use the https://www.uscis.gov/g-1450 to pay by credit card. But I would have the form for each petition. like advised about the check.

I put two separate payments; 1 for i-130 and the other one is for I-485. However you can also use only one form G-1450 and put it on the very top of "everything"
