How to Fill Affidavit of Support And more?

Hello, I am the fiance of the petitioner asking for advice and explanation for how to fill the I-134 form but especially if my petitioner needs extra document such as : W2, tax returns etc.. 
To put this into context, my girlfriend does not have a job, she is a student but she has a co sponsor that should be above the poverty line. Her aunt will be the one filling the I-134 form, but she is stressing about if she needs to ask her for the W2 and tax return and maybe more ? She read a recent review about a K1 visa interview, the sponsor apparently was asked his W2 and work certificate, but thats because he was probably working. Also her aunt (co-Sponsor) owns her business and apparently doesn't get any stubs. How can she replace pay stubs? 

So we just want make sure we have everything. We had no idea the embassy needed all this, just the affidavit of support really.. Would anybody be able to shine some light on this, as to why they need and how to get all these documents? Your help will be very appreciated.

 

The interview will take place on the 16th of October, in Paris. I am the french fiance and she is the american petitioner just to clarify !

As the sponsor, you must show you have sufficient income or financial resources to assure that the foreign national you are sponsoring will not become a public charge while in the United States. Evidence should consist of copies of any of the documents listed below that apply to your situation. Failure to provide evidence of sufficient income or financial resources may result in the denial of the foreign national’s application for a visa or his or her removal from the United States. Submit in duplicate evidence of income and resources, as appropriate:

A. Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details regarding the account:

(1) Date account opened;

(2) Total amount deposited for the past year; and

(3) Present balance.

B. Statement(s) from your employer on business stationery showing:

(1) Date and nature of employment;

(2) Salary paid; and

(3) Whether the position is temporary or permanent.

C. If self-employed:

(1) Copy of last income tax return filed; or

(2) Report of commercial rating concern.

D. List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).

 

And, yes, she has to show proof of income/employment and/or assets.
