The co. ask for DNA test at my initial interview and I am done with the DNA and it was successful 99.9%. The embassy contacted me to schedule an appointment for another interview but when I check my case status online, is on REFUSED. So please I want to know if anybody have been through this situation and how did it end. Thank you 

REFUSED is a temporary status - They are still going over records or asked for more 

DENIED is a permanent one - They are done processing your case. You are not there, so no worries.

Visas are issued or refused. There is no "denied" status.

Petitions are approved or denied.

 

All visa refusals are "temporary", except those that are unwaivable. Some more so than others.

Never heard of a CEAC status of “denied”. Ready, AP, refused, issued are the options. AP is usually used for 221g (temporary) refusals but I have heard of occasional cases where those too are listed as refused.

Apologize for the misinformation. I somehow mixed up the statuses for the petition with the visa. Thanks for clarifying.
