Hi all,

In reading the instructions for I-751 it says that one could use G1450 if filing to a lockbox:

When filing at a USCIS Lockbox facility, you may also pay by credit card using Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions.

According to the same site "Where To File" section, our application should go to:

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
P.O. BOX 21200
Phoenix, AZ 85036

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-751
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034

I am not sure if this is a designated lockbox facility or not and can I use G-1450 or should use a check instead.

Thank you!
