Proof of Meeting In Person Photos

My question is during my visiting in Africa me and my fiancé took pictures together and he wears sunglasses a lot because it be so hot and sunny there and I just recently found out that the USCIS doesn’t allow hats and sunglasses but most of the photos we taken together he is wearing sunglasses but some he’s not and the minimum photos are no more than 10 I believe I’m worried because I don’t want this to get us denied because of that what should I do guys please HELP 😐

Where did you hear this?  Generally speaking,  the uscis doesn't require any photos other than the passport style

That is not USCIS but for passport photos.   The pictures you have are fine as long as they look like you based on the group of photos submitted.

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

My husband and I submitted lots of photos with sunglasses on the beach in Brazil with his I-130 petition.  We were approved with no problems.  You will be fine.  Good luck!
