Texas Service Center - Any updates ?

Folks,

I’ve tried to look back using the case status tracker app and as far back as I can go I don’t see any i751 cases that have updates other than fingerprint fee received or fingerprint completed.

Is there any one on here with a Texas SRC number who has received biometric appointment letters or their i751 application approved ?

They are really slow as far as I can see people from June/July/August still haven’t gotten their bio.

But you you also have to look at those going directly to TX and not transfers.

I actually wrote to them via an e request and got a response today.

their saying that after researching my case they will now send out a biometric appointment request.

Looks like the request atleast got them to take a look at the case 😕

thanks,

Alan

I was wondering how you can do the e request?

It has been 100 days since they received my wife’s I-751 (Texas service center) and still waiting for the biometric appointment.

Thanks in advance!

100 days? Most are at 250-300 days before they hear about bio from TX.

I am still waiting as well and it’s over 300 days since they got my case so I sent an e-request and I should hear back by oct 3rd it says.

SRC18906xxxx August 2018 filer.

No movement except fingerprint confirmation in April. The wait continues.

Have any May or June 2018 filers heard anything yet?

It's scary how backlogged they are. It seems like all cases that got transferred and still getting transferred to SRC are getting first priority.

Today my wife had received a USCIS letter in the mail. USCIS stated that they are able to reuse her previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics so no biometric appointment is necessary!

Definitely a great news to hear!

I guess that’s better than not getting any updates for our case.
