Texas Service Center - Any updates ?

Well I figured as much, they refuse to give me a stamp cause of stupid covid and as for my actual application , they want to put me for an interview but don’t know for when cause of COVID  😑😑😑😑.

YAY!!! I got my stamp today , weird thing is that it is only good for 6 months, is that the new norm? cuz I always thought it was for 1 year these stamps?

I got an interview for Dec 27th 2020 (happy that this is almost over)

 

anyone have an interview recently and can provide tips?

I am doing it jointly

also I meant my appointment is on the 17th not 27th , my bad

 

But still exciting and I m honestly abit nervous .

Well guys , I finished the interview.

 

I was nervous so my hubby did most of the talking which helped me be comfortable to talk as well and from how we took it that it looks like we got approved.

 

interviewer said I should know 100% in 2-3 weeks .

 

I am about to be in tears . After 2 years ,1 month, 1 week and 1 day from mailing the ROC I felt a lot of the weight has been lifted from me.

While me and hubby drove back home I noticed on the way when I checked for updates that my card is now being produced. 
 

I AM SO HAPPY!!!

 

the stress is truly over for me. I hope for anyone still waiting that you get your approval as well.

Big congratulations!! Can you share please the questions during the i interview? We’re they hard? More personal? How long interview took approximately? Thanks

Thank u so much, and it was very easy questions , he only asked how we met, our future we had together, when did we get married and when I came to the states. The person me and my hubby had interviewing us was a nice guy that had the same hobbies we did which I feel helped break the ice.

 

we also provided new evidence that they didn’t have prior like our new lease to the new apartment we are moving in and how we are still both on the same car insurance but on diff plan and how we still have the same loan we have been paying off for a few years .

 

also how long it took I would say 15-20 mins so not that long at all.

 

this interview to me felt much more relaxing than getting my 2 year green card.
