Another questions,  If we get married here in US and come back to the Philippines, do you know if a Catholic Church such as Manila Cathedral will let us do JUST  a Vows( Solemnized) since we are married already in US? What will be there requirements incase we have marriage certificate already from US? Will this still be an issue even my divorce is not yet recognized in PSA?  Please Advice! Thank you

This is all dependent on the church and the priest. I know when I was thinking about doing that with my wife her friend a Catholic priest said that he and the local church wouldn't do it because I had been married/divorced before.

Now.. if we decides to do a VOws in a Catholic Church, do they still need to required a Baptismal certificate( I was born in the Philippines but Naturalized US citizen) w notation of marriage purposes or just a copy of Baptismal Certificate w "record/reference purpose" is sufficient? What other requirements Catholic Church would need for Vows marriage only? Do you know any priests or Catholic church in Manila would accept my situation? Thanks

You need for your fiancee to start contacting a few churches, the catholic church is difficult in this regard and as stated .. some priests will, most won't
