Hi to everyone is being a long time since the last time I participated in VJ. I’m on the waiting of my interview appointment, I submitted my n-400 base on marriage and my local office is Charlotte, NC.

you gonna have to do some research by pulling up data from timelines but from the trend I have been seeing the estimated completion time hovers between 3.5 to 5 months

so typically from biometrics complete to interview schedule is probably about 1.5 months ish

Hi All, I had my biometrics today at Revere, MA. Within hours, the online status said "we have reviewed your biometrics" and the estimated USCIS timeline went from April 2020 to March 2020. Anyone else as a September N-400 filer for Boston Field Office?

N400 Timeline

  • 09/23/2019: Applied and paid online. Received a receipt number immediately.
  • 09/24/2019: USCIS online estimate is April 2020 
  • 09/28/2019: NOA1 received in my mailbox
  • 09/28/2019: Biometrics appointment scheduled [waiting for notice]
  • 10/04/2019: Biometrics appointment notice received in mailbox 
  • 10/17/2019: Biometrics appointment in Revere, MA completed
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS status changed to "we reviewed your biometrics"
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS online estimate is March 2020
  • 01/01/2020: Interview scheduled for Feb. 5, 2020
  • 02/05/2020: Interview expected in Boston
  • 02/04/2020: Received interview de-scheduled [ugh!]
  • 02/11/2020: Interview scheduled for March 10, 2020
  • 03/10/2020: Interview passed. N-400 Approved.
  • 03/11/2020: USCIS status online says naturalization ceremony scheduled for 04/23/2020 [cancelled  because of COVID-19]
  • 06/05/2020: USCIS status online says naturalization ceremony scheduled for 06/23/2020. 
  • 06/23/2020: Naturalization oath ceremony anticipated.

Half the entries to the Google Spreadsheet are missing as I'm looking at it now. Looks like someone was trying to arrange entries in chronological order by filing date but didn't finish.
