Yes, although Vermont typically only handles certain types of criminal records for an I-129F specifically (AWA is the big one). All other I-129Fs for a fiance are handled at (and remain at) CSC.

It does not mean there is anything wrong either....sometimes 2 people with the same name come up with a hit on the initial checks, so they have to check manually to ensure it's not the same person.

Oh ok. What does AWA mean? Sorry for asking all the questions. I'm new to the forum.

Basically, it refers to certain types of offenses against minors. Sorry for being obtuse.

I was never convicted of a sex crime nor am I a sex offender. I did have a felony case where I was originally charged but it was later dismissed if I accepted a guilty plea of misdemeanor battery and completed all the requirements requested by the courts in which I successfully completed. I did the counseling requested by the court and I included a copy of that in my RFE paperwork along with court documents so I should be good to go once it's approved. As far as I know they told me on June 26th that my case already went through the necessary background checks, which took over a month to complete nearly 2 months.

Yes, if you provided all documentation and there was no AWA offense, then you should be fine.

As I noted, it can be a name hit with somebody else too, and they just need to verify that you're not that person.

Best wishes.

Well back to your Case Status. The maintenance they did this weekend didn't go well. We are getting either N/A or your IP is locked out. I have had over 25 pings and alerts on my Case Tracker app on phone they are trying to get servers back up. So hang on N/A doesn't apply.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Please Please put your VJ member name only. Not nicknames or real names whatever your VJ name is. It's below your profile picture!!

Who told you they were doing maintenance over the weekend because I talked to 2 officers today and not one of them mentioned anything to me about maintenance? Before when this happened to my ex-wife's mom's petition about 3 years ago, she received a status of N/A and within a week she received the NOA from USCIS that the immigrant petition was approved and it had already been sent to NVC. I'm just curious. Thanks for your response.

Likely a blip in the system. The case tracker is known to be a bit flaky sometimes.

Indeed, my tracking number was showing all sorts of whacky stuff over the weekend, and now it's back to what it was before, showing my RFE response receipt.

Me too. As I said in another thread, I think the app was just buggy over the weekend. It showed like that on the tracker app, but on the website everything appeared fine.
