Thanks for that link but my case status didn't change til yesterday after the planned maintenance. Mine updated yesterday afternoon at around 4 p.m..

Yeah, their website is fine but it's way behind bcs it's still showing the day they received my RFE documents and my case was transferred to the Vermont SC on June 13, 2019 but it still doesn't show that it was transferred.  It's nearly 4 months behind compared to the app.
