Our case is at CSC too, with our receipt number also starting with WAC19903. We have not heard anything since being notified that prior biometrics would be used to process our case; that was on May 13. 😕 We submitted our ROC materials a couple of weeks after you. Hopeful we will hear something soon?

Yes same here,  Our case starts with WAC and now we  have new update. It says case was treansferred and a new office has jurisdiction.

NBC is National Benefit Center: https://egov.uscis.gov/office-locator/#/nbc

We got two emails from USCIS last night about six hours apart, both virtually identical with some slight variances in wording. Our case has also been stuck at CSC and looks like it is being transferred to another Service Center. We filed about two weeks after other VJ users like @superhumanwith cases at CSC who got the same notice. I hope this is a positive development!

Same case. Sent I-751 on August 15th 2019. Nothing until March when I had an appointment for biometrics but it was cancelled because California was closing everything at that point. Got notification that previous biometrics will be used in May and nothing until I got the same email last night.
CSC is extremely saturated. I hope this is a good thing.

I guess my wife's gets to join the club of CSC cases transferred to the NBC (Lee's Summit, MO).  She got her notice last week and the letter about 2 days later.  I'm guessing that this has to do with Covid-19 status in California. Many counties in California have been in the "RED-Tier" which means non-essential business (like office workers) are "recommended" to work from home.  I have been working from home since March and my company has not given us the green light to go back to the office because of this. Now that our county is now in the "Purple-Tier"(the most restrictive tier) I don't see non-essential business workers to be allowed into the office anytime soon!  I think USCIS is funneling the CSC's and other Service Center's applications to less restrictive States with Service Centers with regard to their Covid-19 rules.  Its too bad we don't have a government right now that can give the states guidance on what rules they should be following.  At least that way they could specify that Government workers are essential and that they could keep working in the office.  They wouldn't have to keep playing "whack-a-mole" with our applications! That is just my guess.  I don't know for sure if this is the reason.  I just hope they process our applications now instead of shuffling them around!  Our 18 month extensions are gonna be expiring soon!
