Hi, so my wife and I got married on May 13 2019 and then filed the adjustment of status and employment authorization on May 22 2019. I was scheduled and had my fingerprints done on June 17 2019. How long will it be before I receive the employment authorization card?

It looks like at least 4-6 months currently.

There are some people who filed in October and November who are still waiting for EAD/AP. I think that the NBC is trying to make their turnaround time look good by working on newer stuff though, so you may not have to wait as long as some couples.

According to the USCIS processing times website, I765's are being processed at the rate of 2.5 to 5 months at the NBC currently.

I've seen some in 4 months lately but many have been outside of normal processing times (as it has just been reduced from 6.5 to 8.5 to 2.5 to 5 months) and have had to make 2 consecutive thirty day service enquiries putting their wait time at at least 9.5 months.

Many from Nov 2018 are still waiting and around the 300 day mark.
