Approval time is faster in Texas? Or in general IOE approval time is faster than others?

Im not sure. I just saw someone filed in March that got approved so fast. And its in Texas Service Center.

I also saw in previous years they were not IOE but took only 3 months to get NOA2 in Nebraska.

are all receipt numbers from the USCIS now starting with IOE?  Our lawyer Mailed the 3 petitions.  and I still got an IOE numbers instead of LIN for Nebraska service center.

It appears so. I’ve not seen anyone who applied for the I-130 since the end of June get anything other than IOE receipt. I may be wrong but it’s only other forms that I’ve seen get LIN etc...
