Hey Guys 

I'm filling my AOS getting all together and i just realize that the form i-485 is about to expire on june 30th 

would be a problem send an expired form ?

or should i wait until uscis upload a new one ?

The 'expiration dates' on USCIS forms are for internal government purposes only. If a newer version of a form has not been created (and usually for some grace period after that), an 'expired' form is good.

 

Look at the 'edition date'. If that matches the version of the form you currently get from uscis.gov/forms , you're good.

The dates are not for us. Those dates are for USCIS only please take a look at the i485 page on USCIS and scroll down to the edition date section:
