No. What matters is that it was satisfied, not when the I-129F was sent/approved/whatever.

From personal experience with waivers which I had to go through it last year, waivers are very hard to get, I had to hire a top lawyer who specializes in waivers and pay around 7 grand for it, we were preparing the case with documents for 3 months before filling it, even the embassy told me it take usually from 4 to 6 months but in my case it took 9 months and I got approved, nothing no one can do to speed it up. Again this is my experience each one is different

This is what I thought but Iately I am getting anxious about this whole endless process.
