Sorry to hear that the K1 Visa was denied. How does one look too married? The Interviewer must had a bad day. I say 99% of couples in the Philippines stay in the hotel together.

OP isn't in the Philippines....It happens more than you might think in some countries.......this is the answer per another post from the OP:

Oh my gosh, I mentioned Seychelles to you, I'm so excited it worked out! Congratulations! I love that place.  Regarding the K1, you don't need to do anything, but if that makes you nervous, you can do a USCIS inquiry on the old petition and they will send you a response like this:

The petition with receipt number WACxxxxxxxxxx was approved and was forwarded abroad to the United States Embassy/ Consulate for K-1 visa processing. Subsequently, the K-1 visa was not issued and the I-129F petition has been returned to the USCIS. Since the I-129F petition has been returned to the USCIS, all action on this petition is concluded and the petition will not be revalidated.

For I-129F Consular return cases where the K-1 visa was not issued, the USCIS may not be issuing any further notification about the case to the petitioner. In this instance, the petitioner may choose to file a new Form I-129F, Petition for an Alien Fiancé(e), with fee.

No no, special thanks to you, it was hard to make a decision of something that i had no clue about, your experience of traveling there visa free definitely made our mind, again thank you very much. I may not had gone there and chosen some other place if i hadn't have your advice. So thanks a lot, it worked great. Who knows what problems could we face at other places.

Okay. That makes sense. Pakistani Culture. Very very conservative.

Yes they look at culture, bad thing is if you dont want to follow conservative culture, you can get visa denied based on that, that actually is very sad. It affects our life, plans, what not.

But no negative feelings,  we are moving on, Hopefully cr1 will work, and we will be together. I know we will be together, either here in US or if not we will see where we can be, but we are one and will be together,  thats what my heart says
