I-129f Part 8 - Additional Information

Hi,

I have moved around a lot and have way more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years, that being said, I am going to have to use the Part 8 Additional Information form.  Part 8 only offers 5 boxes, which I will need more than 5 for all our addresses and employment history. How do I add more boxes than the 5 that are included?  Does anyone have an example that they can show me? Can I add an attachment of my own?

I'm confused by that,  they will still say part 8 repeatedly.  How can you differ from the first part 8 versus the second part 8 that you add if they numbering is the exact same?   For example, if I say (see part 8, box 2) there will be two or three pages that will fit that number.

Part 8. 1 of 6, 2 of 6 etc. Hand writting is acceptable.

This is what I did. I typed it on a blank sheet of paper. This is what it looked like

Put my full name on top of  the paper

Page 5, Part 2, Item 12a-15b

listed the information  and between all the different items I put an underline to separate the items.

I did it this way for any additional information I had to put. I did not get any RFE for it.

I’m using the Part 8 section from the form since my information is pretty concise. I have two extra pages. Where do I sign & date these pages? There’s no box or space for it although the instructions say to do so.

@RainyJupiter

I did just print extra copies of Part 8, but I didn't sign them since there was no space and it specifically said not to write outside the boxes. I wonder if the signature was solely for if you used a separate sheet...I mailed today, so hopefully there are no issues
