  1. I can't find the answer to this anywhere. We are applying for adjustment of status after completed our K1 process. Thanks! "Are the USCIS Receipt Number and USCIS Online Account number the same thing?"
  2. Hi, We recently just completed the K1 Visa and were married a few days ago (yay!). Now we are adjusting status. She just did her medical exam in the Philippines for the Embassy requirements not 3 months ago. Wondering if we need to do another one for the I-693? I'm seeing a lot of conflicting information on this subject. Thanks ahead of time.
  3. Hi all, We just had our interview yesterday at the Manila embassy and we received news that she passed and he would approve her. He kept her passport and she left. Now online it says "Your visa case is undergoing necessary administrative processing." What we understood is that once she is approved, that's it, and its just a matter of sending the passport to her home. Has anyone dealt with this?
  4. Thanks a lot! I actually got off the phone with USCIS and they said pretty much the same thing. Thank you so much for your expertise.
  5. Hi everyone, Had a bit of a freakout just now and just sent a message to USCIS. Basically here the background, I spend many many many hours preparing my I129F packet and received NOA1 on June 26. I crossed my T's and dotted my I's as best as I could. But after starting to prepare the I-134, I noticed something. They require the signatures to be hand written. Now I sign most of my documents with the adobe acrobat signature function, but for the I129F, I did use a pen for everything. So long story short, all my signatures are in pen. That being said, for the "Intention to Marry within 90 Days of Arrival" supplemental document, I sent it to my fiance and had her sign it with her digital signature, because shes in the Philippines. Any advice or help would be massively appreciated, we are freaking out about it.
  6. I'm confused by that, they will still say part 8 repeatedly. How can you differ from the first part 8 versus the second part 8 that you add if they numbering is the exact same? For example, if I say (see part 8, box 2) there will be two or three pages that will fit that number.
  7. Hi, I have moved around a lot and have way more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years, that being said, I am going to have to use the Part 8 Additional Information form. Part 8 only offers 5 boxes, which I will need more than 5 for all our addresses and employment history. How do I add more boxes than the 5 that are included? Does anyone have an example that they can show me? Can I add an attachment of my own?
