We scheduled our interview for k1 visa but it said about an error and that the interview time would be provided by NVC but ceac lists the time we selected as our interview date. Does the NVC provide the interview date?  Our second question is when filling out the page for the SLEC medical registration it asks for the “interview source”, is that NVC or US embassy?

K-1 schedule their own interview.

As Hank said, your fiancé schedules her own interview. We were confused at first too because all the info said NVC schedules the interview, but I always go back and keep checking Hank's links. Also, please make sure she schedules the CFO as soon as possible. She scheduled back at the end of May to get into one at the end of June.

Thanks for the links, very helpful! We have Hank’s links as one of our main source this entire time. We are a month out before the interview, the nerve is real even for me. We figured the right answer for our case is NVC for the “Interview source” in the SLEC online registration. We scheduled CFO 2 days after the interview date. Slec registration is only valid for a month so we have to wait a until after the 18th.

Ps Good luck to you and your fiancee on her interview in 2 weeks @Zach2015!

For the SLEC online registration, for K-1 the interview source is US Embassy not NVC (Only the immigrant visa I-130 type is NVC for interview source)  ... not a big issue if you did NVC.

You do need the NVC letter/email (that has your MNL # ) for the medical

I can't find this answer anywhere.  Every site says that we need to enter the DS-160 number when scheduling k-1 interview.  I just scheduled it but it never asked for DS-160. It only asked for our case number.  Am I losing my mind or does the Philippines only ask for case number when scheduling?

Thanks!

That notice doesn't apply with the K-1 as the interview is scheduled through the Immigrant Visa Unit .. it is a non-immigrant requirement.
