The 01 at the end means it's the first and or only case under that MNL number.

Derivative applications such as a child petition would be an 02, 03 etc.

No sir it’s immigrant visa ir2 child petition

Ah ... you profile is blank  ( and I didn't read through the earlier posts) .. I did the silly and assumed .. my bad.  Sorry.

All should be fine  ... just more patience.

Here another tracking option

Additional Ways Of Checking your Passport/Visa Status

You can verify the status by sending your passport number as the SUBJECT and email to
passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com

If you receive an automated reply that says "Not Delivered," then your passport is  ready for pick-up at
the 2GO branch you selected.

Prior to "Not delivered," the status would be "Transit from post."

Sir Hank I did send the passport number as a subject the automated answer is “there’s is no status update available for the passport number submitted 😔 it was just issued yesterday June 28 so maybe I need to wait atleasty2-3 days to check it again?

Normally it is 2-3 business days after ISSUED before 2GO has the visa package. (weekends don't count)   You are looking at maybe Tuesday or Wednesday before 2GO has the package.

This process draws on your patience .. continually.  ;)

How old is the child?   Only asking in regard to CFO-PDOS
