This document is not in the right-side up position

Hi everyone,

 

So I got this too because I even did not think about it. I just uploaded whatever the pdf is. Anyway, what is done is done. But I don't want to make another mistake. So is it enough to just orientate the pdf file horizontally or am I supposed to re-scan the document horizontally?

Sometimes it is fine is you send a jpeg file instead of the PDF.  It is annoying especially considering that adds 3 weeks to their review.

I used smallpdf.com to rotate the PDF documents, try it.
