People have reported the there AOS has stopped processing because there name showed on a manifest for the back half of a RT ticket they didn't cancel 

No one disputed that USCIS doesn't have access to DHS data.

Ok thanks for all the replies everyone.  Could their still be an issue though since her green card has her married name on it, but her passport still has her maiden name?

She needs to carry her marriage certificate with her. It is the legal link between the passport name and the GC name

Ok thanks hopefully that is enough to get her back in the USA.  The marriage certificate never shows her new last name on it just here old name that she signed.

Correct .. but it does have your last name on it .. so it links your last name to her unmarried last name .. all good !

Technically all she actually needs to get back in is her green card, but of course airlines and other countries require passports.
