DS3025 vs I-693 (contraindications to vaccination)

I know this topic is being brought up on the forum every day but I’m so confused with if I should fill in I-693 or not. In part 2. Vaccination Documentation I got an Immigrant Visa or Parolee applicant completed vaccination requirements box checked. However, I’ve got contraindications to vaccination (Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID)) and got DS3025 filled in like in the attached picture. Can anyone advise?

I-751 ROC

11/08/2021 - I-751 application sent to USCIS through FedEx

11/12/2021 - Documents received by USCIS

11/15/2021 - Text message informing of receipt notice being sent in mail

11/16/2021 - Bank account charged for I-751 form and biometrics

 

AOS

05/02/2019 - AOS/EAD/AP application mailed to USCIS (priority mail with USPS)

05/04/2019 - AOS/EAD/AP application delivered

05/09/2019 - "Your case was received" texts with the receipts' numbers

05/09/2019 - Case status changed to "Case was received" (MyUSCIS)

05/09/2019 - Case status changed to "Fingerprint fee was received" (MyUSCIS)

05/14/2019 - NOA1 letters received in mail (NOA1 date: 05/09/2019)

07/22/2019 - An email from USCIS requesting additional information

07/23/2019 - Requested documents sent back to USCIS via fax (took an hour to go through) 

07/26/2019 - Escalated an expedite request to USCIS Tier 2 (no e-mail confirming receipt of docs);

                         Service request submitted by Tier 2 to NBC; response to be received by 08/10/2019

08/01/2019 - E-mail from NBC confirming that my "application has been approved and submitted for processing"

08/02/2019 - Case status changed on EAD to "New Card is Being Produced"

08/03/2019 - Case status changed on AP and EAD to "Case Was Approved"

08/05/2019 - I-797 NOA received in mail ("We have approved you application for an Advance Parole Document")

08/05/2019 - Case status changed on EAD to "Card Was Mailed to Me"

08/06/2019 - Case status changed on EAD to "Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service" (CaseTracker); tracking number provided

08/08/2019 - Combo EAD/AP card in hand 🎉 🍾🥂👩‍💼

I don't see any reasons to spend money on getting an i-693 filled out if USCIS hasn't even asked for it. You got the DS-3025 for a reason.

I send this paperwork together with I-485 so the payment is already included. Just wondering if my 3025 is filled in the correct way if it doesn’t include any dates and so on

IMO your DS3025 is not filled correctly for the mere fact they didnt check the K1 Voluntarily completed box and instead checked the immigrant yada yada box. 

It's up to you though. I'd submit it anyways and play dumb. Perhaps your IO will be dumb too and wave you through. If not all you'll need to do is complete the I693 afterwards to get approved. Slight delay or $1K in the toilet for no reason? Your call.

You were talking about filling out an i-693. That one needs to be filled out and  signed by a panel physician, that's often not cheap. So I wondered why you'd want to spend that kind of money before knowing if USCIS will be fine with your DS-3025 or not. Having a doctor fill out the i-693 might very well be wasted money, that's all.

Dang, I just looked at a the copy of our I485 package, and noticed that the doctor did the same thing - checked the "immigrant..." box. I'm gonna go with playing dumb on this one :)
