Does anyone know what to bring to the AOS interview? What sort of evidence?  (I filed from a k-1 visa)

Thanks!

Thanks!

Have you been scheduled?

You bring evidence of a marital relationship

YMMV

Thanks!

Your interview notice will contain a list. You can Google the actual current list too.

Things to focus on are things that may have changed since submitting the package.  For instance, 2018 taxes were filed recently, so you may want to update USCIS with the latest tax return transcripts.  Other than that, I agree, follow the list that will be on the NOA.

Good Luck!

For my family's AOS interview, I took every shred of paper that I had collected thus far in our immigration journey.  It turned out to work out for us. At the interview, the immigration officer wanted to see my divorce decree. I had already submitted it during the initial I-129F petition phase. Thankfully, I had brought the original and a copy of it. I presented it to the officer. My family got their AOS in short order, instead of a RFE for a missing document.

YMMV.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
