Do We Need A I-751 Form For Each Person or Will One Form Cover Everyone?

Hi All,

I tried to search this question but what came up in the search did not make it clear to me.  My question is, do I fill out one I-751 Form for my wife and stepchildren, or do I need to fill out an I-751 form for each one of them like I did for their AOS?  Also, my stepdaughter received her green card about two weeks before my wife and stepson did, so here expiration date is two weeks before the others. Does this affect anything?

Thanks in Advance!

If the stepchild derives an LPR status through your wife as a result of her marriage to you, then one Form I-751 is sufficient.  It has the section that you will list the child(ren)

Thank you Georgia16, I assume I only have to pay one $595 fee for the form and 3-$85 fees for the Biometrics?

GBOS what is a LPR? Forgive me for not knowing what this is.

Also, my stepdaughter is 24 years old and my stepson is 19 years old, can they still file for ROC on their mother's I-751 even if they are adults under the law?

24 yr old is definitely not a child so will require a separate i751.

19 yr old, if unmarried, is still a child for USCIS and can be included in mother’s i751.

So the child status protection act does not make her a child even though she came in the U.S.A. under a K-2 visa and before she was 21 years old?  https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/child-status-protection-act

I believe CSPA is not applicable for i751, just for initial green card petition.
