No Action since biometrics

Any insight would be very appreciated! So my husband had his biometrics app for fingerprints on Oct 1, 2018. I check his status weekly and all it tells us is that”” We last took action on your case on Oct, 1, 2018. There is nothing outstanding at this time etc..”” so does this mean that they haven’t touched his case since the biometrics?? It hasn’t changed.  We’ve been waiting 6 months now for his N400 interview. He does have a common name Mohammed. Is this slowing things down?? Also he did get charged with simple property damage due to an incident outside his business a few months ago but we were told that it will most likely get dismissed Caz they had him plead not guilty as well. No arrest was ever made just a ticket to appear in court when it happened.  Is simple property damage gonna be an issue during the interview even tho his record has been clean for over 5 years? Please no judgments just helpful guidance.
