Anyone else noticing their NOA2 estimated time creeping slowly forward! That's promising! Ours has moved almost a whole week forward since getting our NOA1.

They (USCIS) seems they are burning rubber with the cases so you April folks might be in for a big surprise if things keep going the way they are now!!!!

 @John04

Did you doble check that the credit card form was properly filed? I pay like that as well.

My experience was :

NOV27-SENT

NOV30-RECEIVED

DEC04-TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCT

DEC06-TEXT MESSAGE WITH RECEIPT#

DEC19-HARD COPY OF NOA1

You said that they received your application on the third of April that’s almost 2 weeks. If this following week nothing happens you should call them. Maybe something was wrong in the forms or maybe they are bit delay. Based on my experience they took the money in 3 workings days. Maybe @Greenbaum or @Sarge2155 have more insight on this.

@John04 @FaithProfessoR  They have up to 30 days to send out the NOA1, if something was amiss they would have sent his case back by now, give it awhile longer it'll be along shortly I suspect.

Newbie here. I am the USC and my fiance is Aussie. I don't know if it is a girl's thing, but I felt nauseous when I filed the packet. Anyone went through such emotions? I won't ask if it's normal. There were mixed feelings there for sure.

And hey, Yay April 2019 club.

Filed April 11th, NOA 1 text received April 19th.  Yay!  Time to wait 🙂

Congrats on the first step.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
