Hi!  

 

Text message received today that ROC case has been received. Receipt # beings with LIN...does that mean the case is going to Nebraska? I assumed it would go to Vermont since we're filing from North Carolina. Is this unusual? I understand that workload can cause shifts. Tracking stats on VJ becomes a little frustrating since California and Vermont are the only options to select; tracking timelines is problematic since apparently last ROC case in Nebraska shows 2009. Maybe LIN means something else? Curious to hear thoughts on this ... Thank you!

LIN is Nebraska.

 

Before it was only Cali and Vermont as service center for ROC but because of workload the in 2018 opened up for more service centers for ROC.

 

Follow other threads for ROC with your filing and maybe before and after and you will see there are many at Nebraska.

Thanks for the info. Wouldn't it be appropriate and reasonable for VJ to modify the tools to reflect what's actually going on? I wonder if there is a way to request that?

We still need to get Nebraska added to the list. We have one admin and he's backlogged, I'll bring it to the attention of the other mods. :thumbs:
