Hi guys. I wanna ask how the NCV send welcome letter ? Is it by mail or email? Do they send it to petitioner or beneficiary? Thanks

They will send an email to the address listed on the original petition.

Both email and mail and both petitioner and beneficiary

I never got anything in the snail mail, only email.

Both myself and the beneficiary did get snail mail. Of course the mail to the beneficiary took like 2.5 months to get there. We got it like the same day of the interview.

We didn't get emails, my husband thought he put our email addresses down but apparently didn't. Nvc said they sent via mail but husband never received anything. I received my letter 2 months later after I'd already uploaded all my documents! The envelope said it was sent from France. So weird lol

so i understand that we will receive both mail and email, beneficiary and Petitioner. we will receive first email then mail will be received later. please correct me if i am wrong. 

and how long does it take to receive email from NVC from NOA2?
