I never said people sponsor me I said my dad did the application for me .somehow I see  one you guys said sponsor

Does anyone know if my VAWA gets denied, do I get to take my son with me when I get deported? My son is born here.

Generally depends on if the other (presumably US-based) parent consents, unless you get a court order. You can't just take a child on your own...that would be abduction.

Sorry about the confusion. My husband won't divorce me. I figure by the time my VAWA gets denied, I might still be married. If they deport me based on that, will I be able to take my son with me then? Thanks.

Gotcha, thanks for the clarification.

Assuming he is the father, you would either need his written consent or a court order to take the child abroad. You can't take somebody else's child (even if it's also your own) with you unless you have either of those.
