How were you sent back to finish High School, did you have a F1 student visa?

forgot to add. Paying off a mortgage. Stable job, working for two companies remotely from Texas and the other in Australia for about 5 years.

Even without the deportation on your record, remote work doesn't count as a strong tie when applying for a tourist visa because it's something you can do from outside your home country.

I don't think you can get a 10 year ban unless you are over 18 when the illegal presence happens?? You certainly didn't get banned if you were allowed to come back for school not sure what you meant by deported for 10 years. Remote work won't work in your favor especially not if one of the companies is here. The fact that you left after school, I assume on time could be a positive. Only real thing to do is apply and see. What country are you in currently??

If I was deported for 10 years in 2007 when I was 15 and my father sent me back to finish high school. Than after that I came back to my country ( Been here 7 years now). What are the chances I can get a pardon and be able to get a VISA to go shopping and visit old friends.

Can you elaborate - it sounds to me like your father was deported for 10 years and you went with him then he sent you back. How did he send you back - on a student visa, or was it illegal entry? At what age did you leave the US again? (trying to add up being 15 in 2007 but having been back home since 2012, at what age did you finish high school? Did you remain after high school too and if so what were you doing?)
