Usually for child support you get a local order and then seek to enforce it in the US. I doubt a US court would have jurisdiction.

  

 

 

 

You don't have to be born in the US to pass of citizenship.  I was born in Brazil, became a US Citizen and was able to pass mine along.  But that is another discussion for another day.  My in laws are currently trying to get my sister in law to get working on this.  We will see what happens.

Alternatively you can be born in the US and still not be eligible to pass on citizenship to a child born abroad because you didn’t meet the presence requirements before the child’s birth. Again, father’s cooperation is needed to prove what is necessary for passing on citizenship.
