I hope so too. My husband’s oath is tomorrow. I’m not going. It was too much of a trip with the kids and he wants to miss minimal work.

it's sad uscis has made it difficult for you to make it to this memorable occasion. Congrats to him.

Thank you,

I just had my interview. I passed the N400 test but he couldn't approve my application.

He will have to review the application for green card and based on that will make a decision.

Next oath ceremony is in 2.5 - 3 months.

Now again I have to wait.

He had the i751 application along with the supporting documents that I ve send in 2017. He did not have a chance to review it yet. He did not ask for any other prove of our relationship. I asked if he needed any other documents of the past 2 years but he refused to take any other documents.

He did not make any conversation before or after the interview, she stuck with the interview questions. He is ex military most probably.

Oh I see. I think he wants to review the i751 documents to establish the authenticity of your relationship which got you the green card, before he approves the N400. It's nothing to worry about. If they need more document they will send you a letter. The only problem is the waiting. You will be approved
