L1  for opening a new Office?

I am having trouble envisaging where a template could come in, I would start with you Immigration Lawyer, seek their advise regarding your plans and whether it would fly for a Visa.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You’re going about this the wrong way if you’re looking for templates. The entire idea is about your business. Your business presumably has a plan in opening a US office, correct? That’s what they want to know. No one opens an office in another country without a plan. They will inspect various aspects (such as if the proposed premises seem to fit the purpose of your business). You can’t template that.

A qualified immigration attorney in your country would come in handy. Surely paid legal services in this situation are called for. I wouldn't rely on a public forum for something like this. What country are we talking about here?

I think my question has been misunderstood. Ill try to reiterate.

I have paid for an immigration attorney to assess my situation, they advised an L1A visa is appropriate.  I agree with their advice.  I also have a CPA, we also have a written business plan, its done but only for internal purposes within my business.  We didn't write a plan with the immigration in mind since we didn't need it at the time for a visa application.  I also have an attorney to file the L1A visa application When/If we are ready.

What I am looking for is a business plan template that is very specific on the requirements of what immigration want to see thats part of the L1A visa application.  Im concerned our current business plan may not have everything they want in it. Its not that we dont have the information, its how to present it in the best way possible to ensure chance of approval is successful.  And I also have someone hired to write/edit the business plan with me.

Has anyone had any experience with this firm and their business plan templates?

If not does anyone know any other firm that offers a business plan template for my purpose?

If your immigration attorney is competent in L1 applications, they should know how to present your information in the way uscis wants to see it. You shouldn’t be paying an attorney to do the application and at the same time be running around looking for templates for work they are supposed to do.

You have an Immigration Attorney who is familiar with your case.

Which would include putting the application together in a format that is appropriate, why are you now looking at some on line source?

What is that immigration attorney being paid for?

Any competent immigration attorney should be versed in the requirements of what (US) immigration wants to see.

So are we.

Im talking about a template for the business plan not the application.

The relevance of the business plan is as part of the application. That’s the point we are trying to make. A competent immigration attornery should be handling all of this.

I would imagine most Companies have the resources to produce their plans internally and a Lawyer just needs to tweek, if you are going from a more basic level then outsourcing no doubt makes more sense.

PS $2k seems chump change when looking at the overall process.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
