Guys,

The medical for my fiancee will take 4 weeks due to the urine test which they have to send up from Chiang Mai to Bangkok.

Can we get started with the medical exam at around 5 months into the NOA1 to try to get a head start? ...I'm not sure if during the medical there is any reference number required which might come with the NOA2/NVC approval step ?

Please advise.

thank you

Most want an NVC case number to proceed with a medical. Each country works differently, but also the medical is only valid for so long so.

It looks like your average time is 85 days between NOA2 and the Interview, so sad to say, you will have plenty of time.

thank you both for the swift response. The 85 day noa2-interview explained it all as well as the NVC number preference.

Yea, my beneficiary is in Ukraine so it could be different, but after NOA2 she tried to schedule an appointment and was not able to schedule one because they needed the NVC case number.
