Last night we received our NOA1 for our AOS. The thing that I am curious about is that we received 3 receipts numbers (only the last digit changed) for the same form (I-797). Are these for each form we submitted? But the text just shows the same "I-797 form".. in our AOS we included the normal I-766 (EAD) & I-131 (AP).

Form I-797 is the receipt notice (aka NOA1). It states that you'll get 3 different NOA's for 3 different cases

Ah alright perfect.. thanks! Also.. are the EAD and AP processed at the same time as the I-797 (green card)?

Unfortunately, no. EAD/AP takes about 4-6 months where green card processing times depend on your local field office. That can be anywhere from 2 months up to 33 months.

You can find you local field office via https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices and current processing times for your field office via https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

How long did it take for you to get a text after mailing the AOS packet?

We got the NOA1s in the mail Friday. I was assuming the biometrics appointment date would be with them.

When should we expect that to be in the mail?
