Why do you need to call NVC. They have done their part. You need to check ceac and you will know what is going on with your case file. I can't give you much more help but to tell you what to do. Sorry.

Use that case number and plug it in at https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

 

And don't lose your temper with people trying to help you. When you put in your number, it will give you one of those 3 statuses. That's it. There's nothing NVC can do beyond that. Once it says "Ready", your point of contact is the Embassy.

....or of course, the horrible "At NVC".     Well, the first time you see it, it's amazing.............guess it's only horrible to continue seeing it on NVC shipment day.    😁

Tons of people have gone to In Transit.  They won't ship until end of day I'm sure.

There waiting till the end of the day then DHL picks them up and enters them into their system. Once they are in the system is when you will be able to see it. The first leg of the shipment travel is to Cincinnati (their hub) then on planes to the different countries.

 

If you go back to the January NOA2 to NVC and scroll back to around the last shipment you will see people who posted some of the shipment detials. Gawd I should charge for all this information.

I wish you guys had kept this information over in the thread that you were in for the longest time and not created this new thread. I believe you were in January 2019 NOA2 to NVC as this is a conversation that could be read by others. There is only a handful of you here exchanging information that should be shared amongst the others. Just my opinion. There never was a thread like this before because you are in this position for all of 6-7 days and then you need to be in your sub-forums for the discussion centered around the process there.

Keep in mind that shipments go out on Tuesday and WEDNESDAY so don't through them under the BUS just yet.

Yeah, like if I look at the last federal holiday that lands on a Monday and on the same week of shipments from NVC.  DHL didn't ship until Wednesday.  Example:  Vietnam & Jan 22/23

Do you know when you got your NVC number?

 

It may have shipped out today but it won't refresh to "In Transit" until later on tonight or it may also ship tomorrow.

You've had your NVC invoice number since November 30th?

 

If that's the case, you still have 1 more week for it to be over the 8 weeks of processing so if you don't hear anything by next week, I would call NVC and have them look into it further.
