Hi,

Hoping someone can help me out.  My wife completed here medical examination and vaccinations in Thailand prior to coming to the US on a K1 Visa.  They gave here an envelope and no other documentation at the hospital which she submitted at the POE.  We received an interview appointment that says we must bring Form I-693 and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted).  She did her medical exam around June 2017 and we applied for AOS 10/2017, our interview is scheduled for 3/2/19.  I would assume we do not need to see a civil surgeon and repeat the vaccinations etc., but we have no proof that she completed it.  If anyone can help that would be great!

Thanks...

You should have received a copy of the DS-3025 from the hospital that did your medical. My fiancee received one copy, the other copy was in the sealed envelope you give at POE. You do not need the I693 if you had your medical done within 1 year of your AOS submission, and it looks like you did. As long as this form was marked all vaccinations complete bring that with you. If she didn't receive all the required vaccinations, you may need to redo the medical here in the US. Some of the vaccinations required were multiple injections or series as they call them . Some required 3 shots spaced over 6-7 months. Try to find it, if she did her medical at bumgerad hospital, I'm sure she got a copy. If it is marked complete, you should be good to go. And since you said they said unless already submitted, you turned one in at POE, and I mailed another one with my AOS just to be safe, but they should have the one from the POE entry.

No need to bring a new medical UNLESS the DS-3025 is not marked complete. Just bring the copy of the DS-3025 that your fiancé received in her visa package to the interview (if marked complete) and you should be good. If it's not marked complete you need to bring a I-693 (valid for 60 days after issued)
