It looks like the USCIS is keeping the I130's and the I129F's together and approving them together just like someone posted before.

I talk with someone there 2 weeks ago and they said they were on dates of april 12 I think they are going by the received dates on the I130because mine was around April 20

Thank you for the congrats

ok here goes, i received an email saying that USCIS sent a request for evidence yesterday for my k3. i think this is so weird because my I130 was approved with no rfe at all some months ago and close to complete at the visa center. isnt it weird that there were no questions about my marriage with the I130, but there is with the K3?

u see?!? this is the thing i don't get it... u had NOA1 from i129f on May 16... am i right? my NOA1 from i129f is in June 18...

on uscis website... i found an announce for august filers... a lot of cases filed in august are in system , but they didn't receive the NOA... but uscis said the NOA receipt doesn't affect the approval proces.

Well, the table is acurate because the dates keep changing. . . are people looking at it? My date on the table was End of September. . . and then, it changed in September to late October. . . which feels like #######. . . and then, it just moved again to end of October. . . so don't tell me that the timeline is awesome and so acurate alright? it builds up hope but, I have to say, at least it helps people wait moths. . and then, weeks, . . and then days. . like a cookie on a string. At least you got near the cookie. . . . just don't try to grab it.

My journey has been frustrating so thanks for letting me vent.

Good luck everyone who has a better situation and a country that people can survive in, while waiting.

Song

I said MINE was accurate and never said anything about YOURS being accurate. And of course the dates are going to change as the processing times change based on VJ users updating their timelines. If the times didn't change, then it wouldn't be so accurate, and it would be as useless as the USCIS processing times they post. My dates changed 5 times and 4 of them were changed for the worse (longer). You have to keep in mind that this process, however broken it may be, is fluid and subject to change anytime. All I can say is that we're all going through the same thing here so hang in there.

CSC is pairing up the I130 and the I129F's and it looks like they are going by the I130 dates and approving both at the same time. Like I posted earlier when i talked to them I only mentioned the receit date for I129F and they said it would be around 28 more days to get to those dates. But my I130 was sent on 4-20-07 and it was approved on 10-19-07 almost 6 months to the day.

There just isn't anything anyone can do to hurry them up. The website said they are on April 12's so figure from there to guess where you are at. But I don't think I129F date's mean anything right but they could all change you just never can tell with them.

That is a very good hypothesis chabo. I would just like to remind that each visa petition seems to have its own timeline.

I know both Urge To Race and I are past 180 days on the I-130.

ps Congrations chabo!!

I talk with someone there 2 weeks ago and they said they were on dates of april 12 I think they are going by the received dates on the I130because mine was around April 20

Thank you for the congrats

A GREAT BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH!!!

As to what you were thinking regarding keeping I130 + I129 together and approving at same time..it seems to be going this way for some.. Also them going by receipt date of I130. The rep I spoke with the other day told me they were working on April 22 at this time. She also asked me for my zip code. I asked her why..she said sometimes it will show up on her screen regarding mail outs..(something like that.. mine wasn't listed yet :( ). Anyway, I had called asking the same questions about my I-129F. I think I went in circles with her as I tried to understand what dates CSC was going by was it dates of receipt notice from Chicago..or NBC..in which it said its pending..then notice saying it was transferred. She said it was date they received petition & fee. I think I was panicking a bit due to it going from Chicago to NBC then CSC finally- vs - direct filing after July 30 (filers mail both straight to service centers). I didnt want to go at the end of the line or even the middle if I had mailed it earlier (Aaagh!! getting brain cramps again..thats what this stuff does to me sometimes)

Still praying for miracles to happen for all of us

Good luck with the RFE. I wonder why you would receive an RFE after the I-130 has already been approved. I'm not sure what USCIS is doing anymore. Best of luck!!!!
