no  timeline so we have no way to know if this is within the 6 months of other medical exam

but usually for 2nd  interview it is after a NOIR or NOID and will require the 2 new criminal reports for Moroccans and new medical exam

this is because they are outdated and if visa is approved,  the person has to travel within 6 months of medical exam

a  timeline would help VJ community better answer your questions

good luck

His original interview was February 12, 2018 and his visa was refused at that time. In June of 2018 we got a notice of intent to revoke. In July I sent in additional documents. Or case was reaffirmed. In December we got an email with his new interview date. We have to resubmit the ds260. He has to bring additional proof of communication to the interview but the email did not tell us any thing else that needed tui be done. He needs to know what he has to do and bring so this time he is approved.

the  medical exam is old

one for a  2/2018 interview is over 6 months

he needs to  have a new one

visa is issued for him to travel within 6 months of medical exam

i would also be prepared and redo the 2 criminal reports (Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire )  so they don't  put you in AP for additional documentse

did they give you a date for interview?

i would email NVC and/or embassy and tell them you know he needs new medical exam and ask for the paper to schedule this to take to dr

don't let them put you in AP waiting on this

get ahead of their BS
