Did you all pass your interviews? I don't think I saw your update and you interview dates are in the past.

I did not write anything in the table. I think this is not my responsibility, but the second time I give updated information in my messages.

Congrats @TatianaS! We are heading there next month too!

Finally our sky has given us some signals. After months of waiting, we just received notices for interviews on 10/17 - Montgomery, AL! Time to remind ourselves prepare for the test now. We forgot everything after waiting and waiting😆

Hey guys! I have a question. Our letters say we carry the appt letters, greencards, evidence of selective service registration, and passport and/ or any other documents used in connection with my entries to the US. Is the last italicized part common or unique to my case?

My status was F1 then H1 thenEmployment based greencard and spouse entered as F2, changed to F1, and then greencard. Are we supposed to haul all our I-20s, H1 approval, and basically everything we presented to the embassy/point of entry? Or are the passports (current & expired) enough?  Those who have traveled this path place help out!

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

My letter says the same. I checked the USCIS webpage and they say that you need to bring all the passports you use to enter the US after you became a resident. I imagine that is the proof of residency in US soil during your time as resident.

Hey guys,

Got my interview scheduled for Oct 10th in New Orleans, LA!

I checked out the interview letter in my online USCIS account. It seems like they mailed it to my previous apartment address (same city and everything). Will the online PDF print out suffice, or do I need to request another one mailed to me with the correct mailing address? I filed AR-11 and my online account also shows the correct mailing address, so not sure what happened there.

Got you updated!

We are at the last leg of this long journey.  Our interview was on September 4, 2019 at Tucson AZ.

Questions asked - What is the "rule of law"?  Who is one of your state's US Senator now?  If the President can no longer serve, who becomes President?

Who is the Governor of your state now?  What is the capital of your state?  How old do citizens have to be to vote for President?

Interview was approved. Oath Ceremony is scheduled for September 27, 2019 at Casa Grande AZ.

@morgan.croft  Thank you for all the hours you scarifies on this link and your effort to maintain the sanity of everyone during this long journey.  Also all best wishes to those are still on the journey. God bless.

I am guessing the notification was delayed or something because they can’t approve citizenship until ROC is approved.

thats odd it too so long though

Finally received my interview's date!!! It is for October 22, 2019

Quick question though! Hopefully someone here can get me some guidance. My naturalization is through my husband who is a US citizen and the notice that I received doesn't mention anything about my husband having to be in the interview, why is that?

We were so excited about getting an interview hahah and not just the tests, he is still going with me but I really thought that he had to be there to get questioned.

The letter just says that I will be taking the English test and the government & history test. It also says that I have to bring the original documents that I submitted electronically as evidence for my application.

Any thoughts?

That’s pretty normal. Spouse is only usually required when it’s a combo interview for ROC and Naturalization.
