I have a friend who recently obtained US citizenship in Portland, OR. It took about 5 months from submitting the application to the naturalization ceremony.

Hey Viking, any word on your interview yet? You should have an estimated wait time of 1 day as of today? Keep us posted..

Hi Mixxin! You are right, my estimated wait time is 1 day as of today....and still not a word:-( My status is still "we reviewed your biometrics". I'm wondering what it will say tomorrow lol.. I will for sure keep you posted as soon as I hear anything. I assume there is no word yet for you either? It does seem like things are taking longer since they started transferring people from Seattle to the Portland office. Earlier this year, Portland people were getting done in 4 months.

Mine says 22 days wait time and 3 months estimated completion time with 'we reviewed your biometrics' as well. Curious what it will say tomorrow for you too.  I think Portland may be a longer wait now with the Seattle transfers. I guess we'll see.

Sorry to hear that no action was taken. Although I'm happy for the Seattle applicants, I think it has caused a delay for us locals. Keeping fingers crossed that you get your interview scheduled soon!
