Form I-864 - PART 5, Item Number 3 Inquiry

Hello,

I am trying to update my I-864 because I changed my job.

And now thinking back, I may not have filled out PART 5 of FORM I-864 correctly. I believe I put "0" last time when I mailed out the paperwork.

I am just sponsoring my husband, so for Part 5 of item #1, I entered "1" from PART 3.

After that, the section below for PART 5 says "Person NOT sponsored in this affidavit." I am married to my husband, and I am not sure how to answer item #3 of PART 5.

Would I just put "0" since I have count item # 1-7? I only have two people in my household, my husband and I.

Link to image screenshot from I-864, PART 5

Thanks.

Hello, yes I know. Unfortunately, the household size cannot be change and I can’t edit it so I will just print out the form and write in ink instead.

Thank you. I understand the numbers will add up to two under household, however if I add up item # 1-7 I will have 3.

Item # 2-7 says “Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit” so I am wondering what to put for item #3. Should it be zero?

Do not put anything in Part 5 #3. You don't have to put 0, just leave it blank.

Thank you. I think that makes more sense since my husband and I are married.
