My USCIS - Problem adding case

Hi all, wasn't sure where best to post this so I'm sorry if this isn't the right place.

I created a My USCIS account to track progress on our pending I-130, but when I add the case number I get an error about a problem with syncing it. Has anyone else encountered this? I've been trying for a couple of days with no luck.

I've had that happen to me too, also took a couple of days. Just keep on trying and make sure the Receipt number is right. I think it's a software/website problem.

Thank you! I tried again and now magically it works!

Moved from IR-1/CR-1 Process & Procedures to USCIS Service Centers forum; topic is about the case status feature of the USCIS website which is applicable to multiple processes.
