Comments : Entered on VWP for a visit having already filed CR-1. Officer asked where in US I was going and why. Asked how much cash I was carrying and whether I had any tobacco or alcohol, then permitted entry without incident. This was very welcome as I had been interviewed at secondary on my previous two visits (once in Chicago and once in Denver).

Embassy Review : Officer was very polite and friendly, having met us before. She went through the information in the I-485 to confirm all was correct. I had previously submitted I-693 and evidence of co-mingling of finances at the first interview appointment. After she confirmed the info in I-485 she asked me if I would like to submit anything else, I offered further financial evidence which she declined. I asked if she would like to see our photos, and she looked at them but had already stamped my paperwork as approved.
She told us my application is approved and that I would receive my green card in 2-6 weeks!
Harassment Level : Very Good

I know! Are you making a complaint via the congressman ?
Sarah G on 2019-04-07 said:
Yes, we contacted both of my husband's state senators. Now they've changed the processing time back I'm not sure what will happen but we will wait and see.

Hi. Did you change from IR1 to AOS? What visa are you in the US on? Thanks.
Sarah G on 2019-07-10 said:
Yes, I initially was going for CR1/IR1. I entered the US for a visit on an ESTA and we filed for AOS.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
